Central to who we are and what we can do for you is our people.  What follows are photos and short biographies of the best, most professional sales force in the region.  After you read the biographies of these rakishly handsome veterans of the building industry, we invite you to decide who among them meets your needs best and then give him a call or email. Our sales rep. will take it from there, starting with a call back to set up a meeting with you at your jobsite or wherever you choose. That's right, our sales rep. comes to you, unlike so many in our industry who require you to come to them, and then to proceed on their schedule, not yours.

A Connecticut Yankee who heard the call of the wild at an early age, Bob spent long enough building homes in Southeast Alaska to get really, really tired of rainfall measured in feet, so he packed up his tools and headed for sunnier climates, which turned out to be Spokane. Shortly after migrating to Spokane, he got involved with the brand new manufactured building components industry, which soon led him to an outside sales position with Evergreen Truss & Supply. Bob is one of our plank owners, meaning he has been with Evergreen from day one, and after decades in the business, he is a consummate expert at what he does. It is no wonder he maintains a customer base that includes some of the finest builders in the region.

Randy brought decades of experience in the build supply industry with him to Evergreen some years ago. Since coming aboard he has anchored our inside material and cabinet sales. Simultaneously, he has received intensive education in truss design and fabrication, enough so that he has become fully capable in truss sales, as well as everything else Evergreen sells. Since his well-earned promotion to outside sales, Randy has set about extending his influence with numerous customers up and down the Okanogans, the Basin, Northeast Washington, and of course, locally. Doing business with Randy is a bit like putting on your slippers at home. He's experienced, comfortable and reliable.

Doug's is one of those wonderful success stories of a young man who starts at the bottom of the employment ladder, then works hard and well, gaining capability and knowledge every day, such that after a several years he reached the top rung of the ladder. At Evergreen, that means Production Foreman. And Doug's success story doesn't end there either. It continues with his transition to outside sales representative. Doug has managed to combine his immense production knowledge with all of the new skills needed in sales, and is fast approaching sales capability which puts him on another top rung.

There are two primary routes to a sales position in the manufactured building components industry. One is by spending years building our products and learning everything there is to know about them. The other is by using our products as a professional builder. Tim chose the second route, so even though he is a relatively new Evergreen employee, he brought over 20 years of building experience with him to the job. In those 20+ years you can bet he faced every question and problem imaginable, such that he is wonderfully knowledgeable about our structural components, as well as about the host of cabinets and other products we sell.

Another of our plank owners, one who became Evergreen's first production foreman and then went on to hold nearly every position in the company, Mike is now an inside sales rep., responsible for sales as well as numerous collateral duties.  Purchasing, for example, is an extremely important part of what Mike does for the company.  A big man with a big heart, he embodies all the qualities which make Evergreen the success that it is.
